Training Cyr wheels
Our training Cyr wheels carry a warranty on the frame for 3 years. If you break your wheel, we will repair or replace it. This warranty covers all metal parts of the wheel. PVC skin is not included in this warranty.
Premium Cyr wheels
Our Premium Cyr wheels carry a warranty on the frame for 5 years. If you break your wheel, we will repair or replace it. This warranty covers all metal parts of the wheel. PVC skin is not included in this warranty.
Premium Cyr wheels include light wheels, heavy wheels, kid’s wheels, and mini wheels.
LED Cyr Wheels
Our LED Cyr Wheels carry a 3 year warranty on the frame, wiring harness and wire free joint connectors. The LED assemblies, battery/controller sleds, and PVC skin carry a 6 month repair or replace warranty. Any warrantied component will be replaced or repaired if failure is reported within the warranty period.
Beta products will be warrantied as discussed at time of purchase. Warranty periods may be defined relative to the start or end of the beta period, or relative to original delivery date.
Custom Builds and Derelicts/Refurbished wheels
Custom wheels and Derelicts/Refurbished wheels are warrantied based on aspects of each individual build. The breadth and length of these warranties will be agreed upon at the time of purchase.
All warranties commence from the original delivery date of the item. Replacement items will retain the remainder of the original warranty period for the item that they replace.
CyrCraft will supply a prepaid shipping label for any item needing to be returned for repair or replacement. Customers are responsible for shipping costs of any repair or replacement items being shipped to them.
Deposits and Refunds:
As every wheel we build is custom sized or colored to meet your order, all of our Cyr wheels are non-refundable. In the case of builds requiring a deposit, all deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final.
That said, we will always do our best to provide a solution to any issue that may come up.
CyrCraft is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping, or complications arising from shipping delays. If your item is damaged in shipping, we will work with you and the shipping provider to gather reimbursement for the item.
When possible, we will do our best to guarantee a requested delivery date, however this may not always be an option depending on the requested build and timeline.
